Your Privacy Choices
Last Updated: March 24, 2026
You have meaningful rights when it comes to your personal data. This page explains what those rights are, how to exercise them, and exactly what data we collect. We've written this in plain language because we think that's how it should be.
The short version: We do not sell your personal data. We never have. We never will.
Your Rights at a Glance
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights under state privacy laws. At Conceivable, we extend these rights to all of our users, regardless of location:
| Your Right | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Right to Know | You can ask us what personal data we've collected about you, where we got it, why we have it, and who we've shared it with. |
| Right to Delete | You can ask us to delete your personal data. We'll honor that request and direct our service providers to do the same, subject to limited legal exceptions. |
| Right to Correct | If your personal data is inaccurate, you can ask us to fix it. |
| Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing | You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. (Good news: we don't sell or share your data for advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of here.) |
| Right to Data Portability | You can request a copy of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. |
| Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data | You can limit how we use sensitive personal information (like health data) to only what's necessary to provide our services. |
| Right to Non-Discrimination | We will never penalize you for exercising your privacy rights. No degraded service, no price changes, no retaliation. Ever. |
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can submit a privacy request in any of the following ways:
- Email: help@conceivable.com
- Online form: conceivable.com/privacy-request
- Mail: Conceivable, Inc., Attn: Privacy Team, 13460 Lyndhurst, Austin, Texas 78717
When you submit a request, here's what to expect:
- Verification: We'll verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized access. We'll typically ask you to confirm information associated with your account.
- Acknowledgment: We'll confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days.
- Response: We'll fulfill your request within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we'll let you know why.
- No charge: We don't charge a fee for processing privacy requests, unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We'll require proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
