Important Safety Information
Last Updated: March 24, 2026
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please read this information carefully before using any Conceivable product. We want you to feel confident and informed about everything you're putting in (and on) your body.
About Our Supplements
FDA Disclaimer
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Conceivable supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.*
Like all dietary supplements in the United States, Conceivable supplement packs are regulated by the FDA as a food product, not as a drug. This means they are not subject to the same pre-market approval process as prescription medications. However, our supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities and undergo rigorous third-party testing for purity, potency, and safety.
Consult Your Healthcare Provider
Please talk to your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider before starting Conceivable supplements, especially if you:
- Are currently pregnant or think you may be pregnant
- Are nursing or breastfeeding
- Are taking prescription medications (particularly blood thinners, thyroid medications, hormonal therapies, or immunosuppressants)
- Have a known medical condition (including but not limited to liver disease, kidney disease, autoimmune conditions, or hormone-sensitive conditions)
- Are under 18 years of age
- Are scheduled for surgery (some supplements should be discontinued 2 weeks before a procedure)
- Are undergoing fertility treatments such as IVF or IUI
Pregnancy and Nursing
Conceivable supplement packs are formulated to support fertility health and preconception wellness. Some ingredients may not be appropriate during all stages of pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you become pregnant while taking our supplements, consult your healthcare provider about whether to continue, adjust, or discontinue use. Always tell your OB-GYN or midwife about all supplements you are taking.
Drug Interactions
Certain ingredients in dietary supplements can interact with prescription and over-the-counter medications. Potential interactions include but are not limited to:
- Blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin, heparin) — some supplements may affect blood clotting
- Thyroid medications (levothyroxine) — certain minerals can interfere with absorption
- Hormonal medications (birth control, hormone replacement) — some herbal ingredients may affect hormone levels
- Diabetes medications — some supplements may affect blood sugar levels
- Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications — certain supplements may interact with SSRIs and other psychiatric medications
Always provide your healthcare provider with a complete list of supplements you are taking alongside any medications.
Allergen Information
Conceivable supplements are formulated to avoid common allergens wherever possible. However:
- Our products are manufactured in facilities that may also process products containing milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame
- Always review the full ingredient list and allergen statement on your supplement packaging before use
- If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please email help@conceivable.com before ordering so we can review the formulation with you
- If you experience any allergic reaction (hives, swelling, difficulty breathing), discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention
Storage and Handling
- Store supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Check the expiration date on your packaging and do not use expired products
About the Halo Ring
Not a Medical Device
The Halo Ring is a consumer wellness wearable. It is not an FDA-cleared or FDA-approved medical device. The data provided by the Halo Ring — including basal body temperature, heart rate variability, sleep metrics, and glucose estimates — is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
The Halo Ring is not intended to:
- Diagnose any medical condition
- Replace professional medical testing or monitoring
- Serve as a contraceptive device
- Be used as the sole basis for any medical decisions
Wearing the Halo Ring
- If you experience skin irritation, redness, or discomfort from wearing the Halo Ring, discontinue use and contact us
- Keep the ring clean and dry; remove before applying lotions or creams to your hands
- The Halo Ring contains electronic components and a small battery — do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or expose to extreme heat
- Remove the ring before MRI scans or other medical imaging procedures
- If you have a nickel allergy or sensitivity to metals, please review the Halo Ring material specifications on our website before purchasing
Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, the Halo Ring's measurements may be affected by factors including ring fit, skin condition, ambient temperature, movement, and individual physiology. Data should be viewed as directional wellness information, not clinical-grade measurements. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical-grade testing and diagnosis.

Not Medical Advice
Kai and the Conceivable AI specialists provide wellness coaching and informational support only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Our AI coaching is built on 25 years of reproductive health expertise and peer-reviewed research, but it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider. Specifically:
- AI-generated recommendations are personalized wellness suggestions, not medical prescriptions
- Kai cannot and does not diagnose medical conditions
- If Kai or any AI specialist suggests you consult a healthcare provider, please do so
- AI coaching does not create a doctor-patient relationship
- Always verify health-related information with your healthcare provider, especially regarding fertility treatments, medications, or medical conditions
When to Contact a Healthcare Provider
Please seek medical attention promptly if you experience any of the following:
- Unexpected or severe side effects after starting any supplement
- Allergic reaction symptoms (difficulty breathing, swelling of face/throat, severe rash)
- Significant changes in your menstrual cycle, unusual bleeding, or severe pelvic pain
- If you suspect you are pregnant
- Any symptoms that concern you, regardless of whether they seem related to our products
In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on Kai or the Conceivable app for emergency medical guidance.
Adverse Event Reporting
Your safety matters to us. If you experience a serious adverse event that you believe may be related to any Conceivable product, please report it to us and to the FDA:
Report to Conceivable:
- Email: help@conceivable.com
- Phone: help@conceivable.com
Report to the FDA:
- Online: FDA Safety Reporting Portal
- Phone: 1-800-FDA-1088

A "serious adverse event" includes any event that results in hospitalization, a life-threatening experience, persistent disability, or a birth defect. We are required by law to report serious adverse events to the FDA and take all reports seriously.
Important Reminders
- Conceivable products are designed to support your fertility wellness journey, not replace professional medical care
- Individual results may vary — fertility health is influenced by many factors
- No supplement, wearable, or app can guarantee pregnancy
