How does the refund actually work?
At month 12, if you did your program and are not pregnant, one tap requests it. Money returns to your original payment within five business days. No paperwork, no phone tree.
What counts as doing the program?
At least four of your five daily items, on at least 75 percent of days. Your Promise Meter shows your exact standing every day. Sick days and hard seasons pause the clock and never count against you.
What if I get pregnant in month three?
We celebrate. Your membership continues right through pregnancy with everything included. The Promise is fulfilled.
What if I change my mind early?
You have 30 days from purchase: full refund, any reason. After that, the Promise needs the full year.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Affirm appears at checkout, about $110 a month, and plan payers hold the exact same guarantee.
What about my partner?
Add the Couple’s Promise for $145: an at-home semen analysis kit ships with your ring. If month one finds significant male factor, we offer a full refund before a year is spent.
Who is this not right for?
Blocked or absent fallopian tubes, Asherman’s syndrome, known male-factor infertility without donor sperm, or diagnosed premature ovarian insufficiency or menopause. The application asks honestly, and so should you.
