Hi ,

Thanks for sharing so much information with me. I see that you are and most concerned about . Don't worry, we've been doing this for more than 2 decades!!

As you can see, we do things a little differently around here. Instead of chasing illness, we found that identifying the underlying issues contributing to illness and infertility/miscarriage is much faster and efficient way to improve your health and fertility potential.

We break these underlying issues down into 5 main pillars. When these pillars aren't working well, it can impact every aspect of your fertility.

Five Pillars Of Fertility

Energy

Energy

Your energy is a reflection of how well you make, conserve and restore energy. This is your foundation for every other reproductive function.

Blood

Blood

Your menstrual blood gives us a window into the quality and thickness of your lining-- critical for implantation.

Hormones

Hormones

Your homones are a reflection of how effectively your body uses and eliminates hormones. Essential for getting and staying pregnant.

Stress

Stress

Your stress level, and resilience to stress are important for every cell and tissue in your body to function

Temperature

Temperature

Your temperatures give us so much more information beyond ovulation.

ENERGY

Your energy is one of the most important factors that predict your fertility. We need energy to support embryo development (super metabolically demanding), and make abundant blood and hormones - and have the energy to regulate them.

How would you rate your energy level?

Do you have any of the following digestive symptoms?

BLOOD

Your menstrual blood tells us so much about your health, diet (because it’s the foundation for making blood), and even how much you exercise and the amount of stress you experience. It’s critical because it shows us the quality and thickness of your lining. A high quality lining makes getting and staying pregnant a lot easier.

How many days of bleeding do you have?

How long does it take to soak a tampon, pad or fill a cup?

HORMONES

Your PMS symptoms and cycle regularity are powerful indicators of your overall hormone health. A smooth, predictable cycle with minimal PMS usually reflects balanced estrogen and progesterone and healthy ovulation, while irregular cycles or severe PMS signal hormonal dysregulation. When hormones are off, ovulation can become inconsistent and the uterine environment less supportive, directly reducing fertility — making your cycle a monthly report card for both your health and your ability to conceive. 💫

How are your symptoms during the 2 weeks before your period? (PMS)

How many days between periods do you have?

STRESS

We know stress comes and goes but try to approximate your stress levels over the last 30 days. Stress can come in the form of anxiety, over googling ;), and wanting to bed rot. While stress isn’t a cause of infertility, it causes the release of a lot of stress hormones that are really problematic for your fertility so we don’t want to ignore it.

How stressed are you?

TEMPERATURE

Wow, your temps are great. Soaring to 98 tells us your making lots of Progesterone. In more than 20 years working with thousands of women with recurrent miscarriages, we consistently saw that women whose basal body temperatures got and stayed at 98 or above consistently before getting pregnant, had a significantly higher likelihood of staying pregnant. To improve them we need to optimize all the other categories we discussed. They are really a reflection of other things working well more than anything else.

What is your average basal temperature after ovulation?
