What is Conceivable?

Conceivable is a personalized fertility system that combines an AI-powered coach with a connected Halo smart ring and science-backed supplements to help you identify issues, get a tailored plan, and track progress.

How does it work?

Conceivable takes a systematic approach: the app gathers your inputs, the Halo ring streams health signals, and together they generate an adaptive plan you can follow day-to-day.

Who is behind it?

The program brings the expertise of fertility specialist Kirsten Karchmer into the app experience

What does the Halo ring track?

Halo uses sensors for heart-rate/SpO₂ (PPG), skin temperature, and movement (3D accelerometer) to inform cycle and ovulation insights and broader health trends.

Do I need Halo to use Conceivable?

Conceivable is designed as an integrated system; Halo gives the AI more complete, real-time data for deeper personalization. (You can still explore other parts of the ecosystem, like education and supplements, without Halo.)

How is this different from basic period trackers—or IVF?

The site positions basic trackers as generic and limited, while Conceivable focuses on identifying and addressing your specific issues with 24/7 AI access—distinct from costly, protocol-driven IVF

Is there scientific backing?

Conceivable highlights being science-backed (1,500+ studies reviewed; 10,000+ patients) and cites 150–250% higher natural pregnancy rates in its retrospective pilot study (with the standard FDA disclaimer).

How do I get started?

Download the app, create your profile, and follow your initial plan. Add Halo for richer insights, and consider supplements as recommended in-app
