I’m here for your 24/7 to help you cope with the stress, anxiety and grief associated with getting and staying pregnant!

I’m here to support you through the real and often overwhelming questions that come with this journey — like how to cope with stress and anxiety, what to do after a miscarriage, how to talk to your partner when he won’t even take his supplements, or what to hold on to when you feel like giving up.

What Can i Do

• Help you cope with the stress, anxiety and grief associated with infertilitiy and miscarriage.

• Listen and be a sounding board

• Help you to stay in the present and reduce some of your emotional stress

• Teach you strategies to cope.

• Answer any questions about other things to try to relieve stress.

  • Coaching keeps stress down during IVF

An RCT found infertility coaching kept stress ~31% lower by test day vs usual care.

Ask Seren

Are chats private?

Yes—gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian/vegan, cultural cuisines, allergies, and budget constraints.

Is Seren a therapist?

Seren offers daily, skills-based support (CBT, mindfulness, breathing, reframing). Keep your therapist for deeper work when you have one

Can Seren help after a loss?

It’s optional; Olive focuses first on patterns with stronger evidence (fiber, omega-3s, protein timing, glycemic load).

How does Olive help with PCOS/insulin resistance?

Low-glycemic menus, protein/fiber targets, timing strategies, and blood-sugar-friendly swaps.

What if I’m in crisis?

Seren will surface crisis resources and prompt you to contact emergency services; she’s not for emergencies.

Does stress really affect fertility?

Stress doesn’t “cause” infertility, but mind–body support can improve coping and is linked with better treatment experience and outcomes.

Can you help my partner support me?

Yes—de-escalation tips, “what to say” prompts, and small tasks they can own.

How often should I check in?

Short daily check-ins work best; longer sessions before trigger points (baseline scan, retrieval, transfer, test day).

Do I get exercises or just chat?

Both—brief daily practices (2–10 minutes) you can actually stick with.
